Ola Alaa El-Din REVERIE Oil on canvas 65 x 75 cm 2022 "When we look deeply into ourselves our outward gaze into the world may appear shallow.” - Ola Alaa El-Din Biography: Ola was born in 1989 in Cairo, Egypt. Upon receiving her Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering, she moved to Florence, Italy, in 2014, to fully immerse herself in the study of fine art, techniques and academic methods of painting and drawing from life. She enrolled at The Florence Academy of Art in the three-year Painting Program. After graduating in 2017, Ola was awarded a position as Graduate in Residence at the Academy, where she painted and taught during the 2017-2018 academic year, and is now a Principal Instructor in the Painting and Sculpture Drawing programs. In recent years, Ola has participated in several exhibitions as well as worked privately on portrait commissions. She continues to paint in Florence. * The Florence Academy of Art is a non-profit 501c3 entity. Donations are tax deductible in the United States.

A note from International Academy of Fine Art: The Florence Academy of Art is a branch of the International Academy of Art and provides fine arts training to students seeking to become painters and sculptors in the realistic tradition. The Academy is deeply grateful to the auctions’s patrons as proceeds will go to the scholarship fund to help talented students in financial need complete their studies.
